As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. If you love keeping things on track, working across software development teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Project Administrator at Brevity, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on point. You’ll work closely with project managers, software developers, and clients to make sure everyone has the information and resources they need. This is an ideal role for someone who’s highly organized, enjoys problem-solving, and loves being a key part of making things happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate Projects: Assist project managers in coordinating the day-to-day activities of multiple software projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met.
  • Track Progress: Keep a close eye on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring any potential issues are identified early and addressed promptly.
  • Facilitate Communication: Be the go-to person for team members and clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page and has access to the right information.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project plans, progress, meeting minutes, and other key documents.
  • Support Project Managers: Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and preparation of project reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all projects adhere to internal policies and standards, as well as client expectations.
  • Problem-Solve: Identify roadblocks and help come up with practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to improve processes and ensure we’re always operating as efficiently as possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You’re the type of person who loves lists, schedules, and making sure everything is in its right place.
  • A Great Communicator: You’re clear, concise, and proactive when it comes to communicating with both team members and clients.
  • Problem Solver: When an issue pops up, you’re quick to assess the situation and find a solution.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA), as well as standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Team Player: You work well with others and enjoy being a part of a team that supports each other.
  • Project Experience: Previous experience(min 1 year) in project administration, coordination in a software development company.
  • Agile: Experience using the agile / scrum framework to promote best practices and awareness to the project team, clients and/or stakeholders
  • Flexible: You’re adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
